Welcome to Ärikaart, a product owned and operated by Kontorva OÜ (“Kontorva”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), a private limited company registered in Estonia (Registry code: 16916787, address: Mäealuse tn 2/4, 12618 Tallinn, Estonia).

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Ärikaart platform, website, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).
By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use Ärikaart.


1. Definitions

  • “User”, “you”, or “your” means any individual or organization accessing or using the Service.
  • “Platform” or “Service” refers to the Ärikaart website, applications, APIs, and related features.
  • “Content” means data, text, files, or materials made available through the Service.
  • “Subscription” refers to a paid plan granting access to specific platform features.

2. Scope of Service

Ärikaart provides business data intelligence and outreach tools that allow users to:

  • Access and view standardized profiles of Estonian companies and their publicly available data.
  • Discover verified business contacts for legitimate B2B purposes.
  • Manage outreach campaigns, email sequences, and prospecting workflows.

Ärikaart does not provide email hosting or mass-marketing tools. All use must comply with applicable data protection and anti-spam laws, including the GDPR and EU ePrivacy Directive.


3. Account Registration

To use most features, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

Kontorva reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

  • Provide false information,
  • Violate these Terms, or
  • Engage in misuse or abuse of the platform.

4. Subscription Plans and Payments

a) Plans

Ärikaart offers Free Trials and Paid Subscription Plans (Standard, Professional, Scale, and Enterprise), each with varying access limits and features.

b) Billing

  • All fees are displayed in euros (€) and are billed monthly or annually, depending on the plan selected.
  • Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers.
  • By subscribing, you authorize recurring billing until cancellation.

c) Refunds and Cancellations

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard.
  • Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • Refunds are generally not provided for partial or unused billing cycles, except where required by law.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

Users agree to use Ärikaart solely for lawful B2B purposes and to refrain from:

  • Sending unsolicited bulk or spam emails.
  • Misusing contact data for personal or non-business purposes.
  • Attempting to extract, resell, or redistribute platform data.
  • Interfering with or attempting to breach platform security.

Kontorva may suspend access if we detect activity that violates these terms or applicable laws.


6. Data Accuracy and Third-Party Sources

Ärikaart aggregates and enriches company data from:

  • Public Estonian registries,
  • Official company publications, and
  • Licensed third-party providers.

While we make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy and currency, we do not guarantee that all data is error-free, complete, or current.
Users should independently verify critical information before making business decisions.


7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, and technology of the Ärikaart platform — including logos, databases, software, and user interface — are owned or licensed by Kontorva OÜ and protected under Estonian and EU intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform solely for legitimate business purposes.
No ownership or proprietary rights are transferred to the user.


8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of non-public information exchanged during the course of using the Service, except where disclosure is required by law.
Publicly available data displayed on the platform is not considered confidential.


9. Data Protection and Privacy

Your use of Ärikaart is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and process personal data.
Kontorva acts as the Data Controller for user account information and as the Data Processor for contact data handled by users during outreach activities.

Users are responsible for ensuring their campaigns and contact use comply with:

  • GDPR,
  • Estonian Personal Data Protection Act, and
  • Other applicable data privacy and marketing laws.

10. Service Availability and Maintenance

We strive to ensure high uptime and platform reliability. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Maintenance, upgrades, or unforeseen circumstances may temporarily affect service availability.

Kontorva shall not be liable for downtime, loss of data, or delays caused by factors beyond our control, including internet outages or third-party service disruptions.


11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Kontorva OÜ shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
  • Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the user in the preceding 12 months.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.


12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the platform if:

  • You violate these Terms or misuse data,
  • You fail to pay subscription fees, or
  • Required by law or regulatory authority.

Upon termination, your access will be revoked, but payment obligations and accrued rights will survive.


13. Changes to the Terms

Kontorva may update these Terms from time to time to reflect operational, legal, or regulatory changes.

Updated Terms will be published on our website with a new “Last Updated” date.

Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.


14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Estonian courts, with the Harju County Court (Harju Maakohus) as the court of first instance.
